Atlantic Pearl Investments is focused primarily on acquiring and managing, on its own or through investment platforms, undervalued real estate in selective high growth markets that can be enhanced through our management team. Although our focus is mainly on office and multifamily properties, we have experience in other asset classes such as industrial, retail, and hospitality. Additionally, we have experience in development, land acquisitions, and debt acquisitions.
Commercial
Our commercial real estate investments include Office, Industrial, Retail, and Mixed-Use. We focus primarily on undervalued assets in selective high growth markets that can be enhanced through effective management or repositioning to maximize market value.
Multifamily
Our multifamily investments focus on undervalued properties in supply constrained urban markets that can be enhanced through our management.
Hospitality
Our hospitality related investments focus on undervalued and underperforming properties in inventory constrained markets. Through various strategies such as effective and proven management, asset recapitalization, brand creation, and asset repositioning, we maximize the market value of our hospitality investments. Our focus is on both full-service and limited-service hotels. We have experience in independent brand creation and optimizing existing brands.
Debt Acquisitions
Our debt related investments involve purchasing existing loans on high quality real estate from financial institutions and other lenders.
Development
Our development related investments involve redeveloping properties to create long-term value. Our development investment efforts are predominantly geared towards Multifamily, Office, and Mixed-Use properties.
